Shipping Policy
- Processing: Orders are sent to our partner pharmacy within 24 hours of provider approval.
- Delivery: We use expedited, tracked shipping. A signature from an adult (21+) may be required upon delivery due to the nature of the medication.
- Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the user, a reshipping fee may apply.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Consultation Fees: If you are deemed ineligible for treatment by our providers, your consultation fee will be refunded in full (minus a small processing fee if applicable).
- Prescriptions: Once a prescription has been filled and shipped by the pharmacy, it cannot be returned or refunded under Federal Law.
- Damaged Goods: If your nasal spray device is defective or damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and contact support@ketabrain.com within 24 hours for a replacement.
